This discussion will focus on identifying systemic challenges that individuals with disabilities face—and the role businesses, community leaders, and advocates can play in driving meaningful change.

Our panel of local experts will explore topics such as accessibility gaps, policy considerations, employment barriers, and the importance of collaborative advocacy. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the issues and leave with concrete ideas for creating more equitable workplaces and communities.

This event is open to business leaders, HR professionals, nonprofit partners, educators, and anyone invested in building a more inclusive local economy.
